DUE TO THE FREQUENT USE OF OUR PARISH'S FACILITIES, IT IS
ESSENTIAL THAT EVERY GROUP BE AWARE OF THE NEED TO
MAINTAIN ALL AREAS PROPERLY IF THEY WISH TO CONTINUE
THEIR USAGE.
PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS WHEN
USING ANY AREA OF THE CHURCH.

IMPORTANT REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE
CHURCH FACILITIES AS APPROVED BY THE CHRIST
THE KING PARISH COUNCIL (APRIL, 2009):


1)    CARE OF THE JOHNSON ROOM

9 tables set up with 8 chairs around each table, ALWAYS

Please place your trash in the dumpster

Clean up after yourself

NO posters, pictures, crepe paper allowed on the walls, windows,
lights, chairs or furniture.

Please put out the lights when you leave and close ALL doors

If you turn on the heat or air conditioning PLEASE put it on 3 hour
occupied.  When leaving put on Unoccupied

Please vacuum the rug and wipe off the tables.  The vacuum can be
found near the coat rack.

Please take your left over food with you.  DO NOT leave it in the
refrigerator.

If heat or air conditioning is on DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS



2)  CARE OF THE MSGR. RILEY CONFERENCE ROOM

NO chairs are to be removed from the room

NO food or drink in the room

Remove all your trash to the dumpster

Put out all lights and close all doors


3) CARE OF THE HALL

REL. ED has priority on the use of the hall

ALL rooms will be set up as per the direction of the Director of
Religious Education.  This includes chairs and tables.  [SEE CHART
FOR CLASSROOM SET UP]

When moving the walls you must do it with extreme care as the
walls are old and parts to fix them are no longer available.

Clean up after yourself, remove all trash to the dumpster.

UNDER NO condition are windows or doors to be left open in the
winter when the heat is on.

Put out all lights and close all doors when you leave.



4) CARE OF THE HALL KITCHEN

DO NOT BLOW OUT THE PILOT LIGHTS ON THE STOVE!

NO children under the age of 17 are allowed in the kitchen without
an adult present.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Clean up is VERY necessary as the Health Department will close
the kitchen if found dirty.  We don’t even know when they are
coming to inspect.  If you DO NOT remove your trash to the
dumpster or clean up you will LOSE the use of the kitchen.  
Cleaning and washing of the floor, sinks and counters are a must.

Put out the lights and close the doors when you leave.

Do not open any windows.
